Job Description

Reports to: HSE Engineer

Summary:

The HSE engineer shall be responsible for implementing the HSE management system, conducting regular inspections on the construction site to ensure that the laws and regulations related to HSE in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the approved HSE management plan are effectively implemented ，and report back to the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for carrying out the health, safety and environmental systems.
• Responsible for implementing laws and regulations related to HSE in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Responsible for HSE inspection of construction site, and urge potential rectification.
• Must stay updated with the knowledge about latest techniques and work as per them.
• Need to see to it that new standards are adopted.
• Need to monitor the performance of the health, safety and environmental systems and make the required modifications.
• Need to educate the health, safety and environmental systems users about the correct way of using these systems.
• Need to report to supervisor regularly.

Qualifications:

• University graduated, Related fields with a minimum of 4 years working experience.
• Language: English, One of the Croatian, Bosnian and Serbian; CHINESE IS Priority.
• Knowledge of computer software, Word & Excel & PPT for documentation.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Must be flexible, have the ability to multi-task and handle pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills as well as analyzing reports.
