• BUSINESS BUILDING EXECUTIVE – one position (based in Mostar)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve the defined key performance standards related to availability, volume and brand objectives within respective territory
• Ensure high quality execution of the territory action plans that are in line with company's commercial plan
• Analyze territory performance data in order to identify challenges and opportunities and allocate available resources
• Supervise and brief respective 3rd party field force (merchandisers and hostesses)
• Plan budget, manage and control its optimal allocation and usage within respective territory

YOU HAVE

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably but not limited to similar role in international company in FMCG industry
• Minimum High School (University Degree is preferred)
• Experience in using Microsoft Office tools and a working knowledge of English language
• Valid driving license and a clean record for a minimum of 2 years
• Negotiations skills
