UWC Mostar seeks to appoint dedicated and inspired educators who are committed to the intellectual, social, and ethical development of students and who recognize that learning also takes place beyond the classroom. UWC Mostar offers:

Currently, the following position will be available from August 2024 until August 2025 as a temporary replacement:

• Legal Assistant, full-time position on fixed term – one position

Minimum qualifications:

• Faculty of Law (minimum 4-year University degree, 240 ECTS)
• At least one year of experience with the same or similar jobs
• High proficiency in English

Other desired qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team work
• Organisational skills and ability for prioritisation of urgent tasks

Main responsibilities and job duties:

• Creates suggestions for amendments and additions to all College’s  regulations 
• Follows the changes of the Laws and Regulations under which the College operates
• Participates in creation of the complex resolutions for the governing bodies 
• Represents the College legally with state and legal authorities, with the authorisation of the Head of College
• Executes activities in regards of the register of the legal changes in the work of College with respective authorities
• Helps Director of Finance and Administration to create more complex contracts for the College
• Drafts decisions and resolutions for the dealings of the College
• Other jobs required by the Head of College
